Here’s a great article from Larisa Thomason at NetMechanic about the importance of having easy-to-find contact information on your site.
She recommends, and we agree, that basic contact information should appear on EVERY page. At minimum, you should provide:
* Business name
* Copyright information
* Mailing address
* Phone number and/or toll-free number
* Webmaster or support contact link
* Home page URL
Lend credibility to your online business while just plain making it easier for visitors to connect with you.
